Thaddeus Fong, an eight-year-old boy with a vivid imagination, learns that his new sister, who he did not like very much anyway, is a conduit for peace-loving aliens from another dimension, and as he tries to convince his parents and the general public about the threat, he devises ways to get rid of his bothersome new sibling.
